まず、東ゼン組合員ブルキッチ・スレイマンの支援に来てくださった全ての方々に感謝いたします。
スレイマン氏は有給休暇と社会保険を申請したことで、ＩＣＣ外語学院に不法に解雇されました。
Hello everyone
First of all, thank you to all the people who came to support Tozen member Brkic Sulejman who was illegally fired by ICC Language School after requesting paid holidays and social security.
スレイマン氏はＩＣＣ外語学院で22年間、フランス語と英語の講師として勤務しました。
Sulejman worked for ICC for 22 years teaching French and English.
前回の法廷は8月26日でした。
双方が最後の陳述書を提出しました。
Our last court hearing was on August 26, 2014
Each side gave its final statement.
6月の法廷で、9月から口頭陳述を行うことが決まりました。
しかし8月26日、先方の代理人は、ＩＣＣ外語学院の校長であり経営者は体調不良で出廷できないと主張したため、12月2日に延期されました。

In the June court hearing the judge said that the oral testimonies would start in September, 2014
BUT, on August 26, ICC’s lawyer claimed that the president/owner of ICC is not fit to attend due to poor health so the testimonies were pushed to December 2.
