東ゼン労組ＮＵＴＳ支部の要求事項は、下記のとおりです。NCC Union members are demanding:
- 期間の定めのない雇用契約を認めること permanent employment contracts
- コマ数の削減を止めること to stop number of classes being reduced
- 一クラスの生徒数について教師の意見を取り入れること better control over class sizes
- 管理職からのコミュニケーションを改善すること better communication from management
- 教師に対する評価制度を公平と誠実すること a more honest and fairer method of monitoring teacher performance
- 会社は、教材を更新するために、会社と講師が共同できる環境を確保すること to work with the company to update materials
